1. File -> Download As -> HTML
2. Save HTML into your Arizona Google Drive
3. Make public (or the option that allows for anyone with a `arizona.edu`address).  `view` rights are plenty.  It still enables downloading.
3. Post the link in the Sticky Forum for that week's submission
